We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Pre-paid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order (Note: All Prepaid Orders, including Cashier's Checks, take longer to process because all checks must first clear with the bank due to the existence of fraudulent checks.)

For International Sales:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and also American Express. For VISA and MasterCard purchase, we'll require buyer to give us a scan of your credit card from the front showing clearly your name on the card and card expiration date. This is required because some of the banks or card issuers in the rest of the world are not yet members of the Address Verification System Network. We have to provide the scan in order to process the payment. 

If you are an American Express card holder, this procedure is not required.

If you are not comforted using a credit card, Bank Wire Transfer is accepted. Please also email our support staff for details.

We Don't Take PayPal.

We regard your privacy our No.1 concern! That's why we take Authorize.Net as our payment gateway. Your important personal information, credit card number, is only processed through Authorize.Net.

           

 
Shipping

By combining the traditional hand craftsmanship and technology, our watchmaker hand crafting your Swiss ETA mechanical wristwatch right after you place an order.

The assembling process takes about 7 days. We fully test the reliable Swiss time keeping machine for another 7 days and fine tune each of them to meet the critical C.O.S.C. standard before we ship a watch out.

All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS or other Express Mail Service available. Normally it takes 2 weeks for a timepiece to be delivered upon ordered.

We offer "Delivery Guarantee" to all packages. If your order is confiscated by the boarder custom, we will make a second attempt sending you another one via a different courier. If the second attempt fails, we will send a 3rd one or give you full refund.

To Customers Living in Germany, Austria, Italy, Portugal, and Finland, we also offer "Delivery Guarantee" to your purchase with Watchmaker9 through our special channel and shipping method.

We don't play games with our customers. There are no additional hidden fees for shipping, packaging, and handling fee. The price you see is the price you pay.

 
Warranty

Full 12 month warranty - Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed! The quality and craftsmanship is always top quality, and we guarantee the value of all our watches. Every watch sold undergoes a 48 hour quality control test to fulfill the Swiss watch making standard of accuracy, C.O.S.C.

WARRANTY POLICY

  • Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so water does not get in. If any water damage is detected to have gotten in from the crown not being tight, water damage is not covered.

  • If your watch cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. In virtually all cases of manufacturers' defects, the products can be repaired.

  • Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your watch.

  • Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your repair product.

  • The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged.

Exchange

Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Each watch will be given a 3 day inspection period for any manufacture defects for exchange service. Customer should notify wm9support3@gmail.com within 3 days if the exchange service is required and ship back the watch within 3 days being its original condition, unworn, mask, and wrapping intact.

Return

If customers wish to return the product due to any quality standards which did not meet the description on the website, please notify via email to our customer service department at wm9support3@gmail.com within 3 days upon the arrival of the package.

We will reply you with the instructions to return the goods. Upon receiving the returned item, we will schedule the date to “credit back” your credit card within 10 business days. Note that there will be a 15% restocking fee on your side for returns after 3 days. We will not take returns or exchange after 7 days. We also do not accept returns on perimeters out side of manufacture quality issues.

Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and all US holidays. Our time zone is Mountain Time, that is GMT -7 Hours.

Please feel free to email me at: wm9support3@gmail.com anytime. I will try to get you back during my office hours. Generally, that is within 24 hours you emailed me. However, I do need to inquire some questions to our chief watchmaker, Roger, or wait for him to make the decision if your questions or inquiries are beyond my knowledge or beyond my power can handle. So, if by any chance you don't receive my reply within 24 hours Monday through Friday, please be a little bit patient or give me a reminder in a couple of days. We take every inquiry very seriously, every email will be replied!

Please DO NOT use "billing@watchmaker9.tv" as that email goes to our Payment Processor and I won't be able to read your email if you send your email to that address.

If you don't receive my reply during the weekend, that is absolutely normal. Watchmaking is an energy and stamina consuming trade. We have to devote every attention on the tiny details while working, so we need good rest during the weekend.
