Dear Customers:

Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and all US holidays. Our time zone is Mountain Time, that is GMT -7 Hours.

Please feel free to email me at: wm9support3@gmail.com anytime. I will try to get you back during my office hours. Generally, that is within 24 hours you emailed me. However, I do need to inquire some questions to our chief watchmaker, Roger, or wait for him to make the decision if your questions or inquiries are beyond my knowledge or beyond my power can handle. So, if by any chance you don't receive my reply within 24 hours Monday through Friday, please be a little bit patient or give me a reminder in a couple of days. We take every inquiry very seriously, every email will be replied!

Please DO NOT use "billing@watchmaker9.tv" as that email goes to our Payment Processor and I won't be able to read your email if you send your email to that address.

If you don't receive my reply during the weekend, that is absolutely normal. Watchmaking is an energy and stamina consuming trade. We have to devote every attention on the tiny details while working, so we need good rest during the weekend.

Dear Customers and VIP members:

It's my profound apologies for the missing emails from some of you and/or my replies not reaching some of you for the past 2 to 3 weeks. I have just registered a new Gmail account: wm9support3@gmail.com. Please use this email address as means of communication from now on.

We now understand this is a periodic problem, as once our Gmail account volume reaches to a certain level, Google bot (spam filter) simply filters incoming/outbound emails aggressively to prevent the email not to reach the limited storage volume. So, in the future, I may have to move to a new Gmail account every once at a season (3 months). I will make an update of this information here at both the "Latest News" Section and "Contact" whenever I found the same problem arise again.

Once again, I apologize for the inconveniences. If you find you have anything needed my assistance, but not yet received my reply, please do give me another email at : wm9support3@gmail.com. I will get back to you in 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Below are some tips to ensure better "Emailing Quality" suggested by Gmail staff:

1. When you write to us, be sure to put a clear "subject" that is relevant to the issue we communicate.

2. Never send multiple emails with the same subject at a time. This will definitely cause the Spam filter system label your email account as possible "Spammer".

3. Be sure to check your SPAM folder from time to time. If you sees our reply within, please do let your system know it is not a spam email. Or simply put our email accounts in your safe contact list.
